This scheme I worked on was when freelancing for an other Cheshire Architectural Practice, the drawings below will also give an indication of some of the level of detail that will be provided at Stage 4.
This project although it is of traditional design, It would be of similar scale to the size of property you are looking.
The below images are of a project which I had the pleasure of being involved with, (again while Freelancing) on for Merseyside Police, this scheme was a new training venue at Speke. The project involved the coordination of a number of different external cladding materials with different fixing methods. On this project I was lead for a multi disciplined design team taken from Stage 1 right through to Stage 7 to ensure delivery of this project, which was delivered on time and on budget.
This finial scheme I wanted to show you is a project which was completed back home in Northern Ireland while I was employed by one of Northern Irelands Largest Architects Practice. This scheme, as you can see from below is quite unique in style and design and as you can imagine took a lot of co-ordination with a multi disciplined design team. My role on this project was delivery full Technical drawing package, tender package and site visits / inspections. This project involved earlier engagement with the contractor under a Design and Build Contract.
