R Watson Design Services Ltd. established in 2016 by Richard Watson.

We are a Chartered Practice with the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT). 

 

Richard has 20+ years of experience within the discipline of Architecture and gained extensive experience in residential (private and social housing), Education, Leisure, Retail, Commercial and Ballistic Architecture, with experience in both Traditional and Design & Build procurement.

Richard Watson MCIAT

Richard is a Chartered Architectural Technologist and became Chartered in September 2014, the next progression was to establish his own practice.  Over the past few years Richard has continued to grow his Client base and practice.

 

Previously, Richard was employed at a large Architects practice in Northern Ireland for 15 years, while at this practice Richard had the pleasure of working on a number of award winning projects.  It was here that Richard gained experience in all building sectors.

R Watson Design Services Ltd. is currently providing services to a number of architectural practices; providing both consultancy's and drafting services in a wide range of projects from domestic to education, commercial and retail.
